What we collect

• Contact info: your name and email address.
• Case details: your provider, bill, and insurance details that you type into our form.
• Uploads: photos or PDFs of your medical bill and EOB that you attach.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive your email and a payment confirmation — we never see or store your card number.
• Reviews (optional): the name, rating, and text you submit through our review form.

We run no analytics and no ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: to prepare and email you your report and dispute letter, and to support you if something goes wrong. Reviews you submit are shown on the site only after our moderation.

Who helps us process it

• Cloudflare — website hosting, encrypted file storage, and AI-assisted document generation.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — email delivery of your report and dispute letter.
• ntfy.sh — internal notifications to our team (reference numbers only; no personal data).

How long we keep it

• Uploads: automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Submission records and generated documents: deleted after 12 months.
• Published reviews: kept until you ask us to remove them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your files are stored privately — there is no public access to them — and only our small team can reach them for support purposes.

What we never do

We never sell your information, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or publish it. Your documents are used only to prepare your report and dispute letter.

Your rights

Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted early? Email dankinvestmentsllc6@gmail.com with your reference number and we’ll take care of it.
